Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Heavenly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Heavenly is a desktop meeting assistant that records audio, generates real-time transcripts, and produces AI-powered meeting summaries and notes. The service includes integration with Google Calendar to detect upcoming meetings.

3. Account & Access

You must sign in with a Google account to use Heavenly. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record meetings without the knowledge and consent of all participants, where required by applicable law.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create through Interview Buddy, including notes, transcripts, and recordings. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We access your content only to provide and improve the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Meeting summaries and notes generated by AI are provided as-is for your convenience. They may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.

7. Availability

We strive to keep Heavenly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heavenly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking access via your Google Account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
